Sony Rolling Out The May 1 2017 Security Update To Its Line Of Xperia X Smartphones

Sony Xperia XZ, X , X Compact and X Performance get May security update
. The new firmware is seeding to the Xperia X, Xperia X Compact , Xperia X Performance and the Sony
Xperia XZ .

Earlier today we reported that the Xperia XZs has also received the update.
The update brings the Xperia XZ and X Performance to build number 41.2.A.2.223 while the Xperia X and X Compact have moved to build number 34.2.A.2.69.

It's worth mentioning that the Xperia X and X Compact are still only Android 7.0 and haven't been updated to version 7.1.
